Welcome to Classlaaa. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Nature of Service

Classlaaa is a tuition centre management software service developed and operated by STRIVEEE TECH STACK (SSM Registration No: TR0343526-P). It provides administrative tools to help tuition centres manage records, timetables, and fee tracking.

2. User Responsibilities

Users (including tuition centre owners, teachers, students, and parents) are solely responsible for:

• Entering and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on the platform.
• Securing their own account credentials and preventing unauthorized access.
• Tuition centres are fully responsible for their own student and parent relationships, records, communications, and fee collection.

3. Tuition Payments and Disclaimers

Classlaaa does not process student tuition payments directly at this stage. Any fee tracking, receipt upload, or invoice status features are strictly for administrative record-keeping purposes.

All actual financial transactions, payments, and receipt verifications occur directly between students/parents and the respective tuition centres. We are not liable or responsible for payment disputes, billing errors, or unpaid tuition fees.

4. Beta Service Testing

This service is provided during a beta and founding user testing phase. The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, and features or service availability may change, update, or be removed over time.

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate user access if the service is misused, used in violation of these terms, or if necessary to ensure system security and performance.
